Last week the second teams of these two local clubs played each other down in Amstelveen. This week it was the turn of the first teams to take to the field this time in Amsterdam.

Waterland RC1 become champions of the first division
We are in the final few weeks of league matches for the 2011-2012 season where Amstelveen ARC1 take on Waterland RC1. With Waterland winning the match 19 to 37, they became the official 2011-2012 champions of the First Division.
Result: Amstelveen 19 v 37 Waterland.

Amsterdam AAC: Oud v Jong (Old v Young, if not already guessed.
January 1 2012: New Years Day, and what better way to get rid of that hangover. Amsterdam AAC took up their traditional battle of the Old vs the Young, on this dark and drizzly first day of 2012.
